    Getting around UZGent

The main entrances to the buildings have an entrance number. Those entrance numbers are on large signs at each building. They also appear on the floor plan. In the buildings themselves, we work with route numbers that guide you to the correct registration desk or waiting room.

Scattered around campus are signposts to the main entrances (entrance numbers) and to the central parking building. At the exit of each building, you will also find an overview of the other entrance and route numbers.

    Public Transport

Train: Take the train to the Gent-Sint-Pieters station. You can check train schedules on the NMBS website. From the station you can take the tram or bus to UZ Gent. It takes about 20 minutes on foot.

Tram: Tram T4 will take you from the Gent-Sint-Pieters station to the heart of our campus. Buses 5a and 5b run every 15 minutes from the city center (Zuid) and the Heuvelpoort to the edge of campus, within walking distance of the clinic buildings. Tram T3 and bus 19 also have stops close to the UZ campus.

Car parking: You park in the central parking building. If you drive onto the grounds of UZ Gent, you will find it a little further on the left.
