14th Oxford Stuttering and Cluttering Research Conference
29 September 2025
With 6 papers, Ghent University and the Stuttering Research Group were well represented at the 14th Oxford Stuttering and Cluttering Research Conference themed ‘Building the Future’ from 23-26 September in St. Catherine’s College, Oxford. Papers included a poster by Gizem Aslan, oral presentations by Annelien Dorme, Iris Heselmans, and Selma Saad, and an invited keynote by Kurt Eggers. Also, our newest lab member Delphine Vanden Berghe and honors student Marie Van Gaever were present.
Throughout the history of the conference, the primary aim has been to bridge the gap between research and clinical practice. The conference seeks to promote research that informs therapy, with interventions that are supported by sound theory and evidence, which serves to inform future research.
